What you can do...

Filter your Cases

Use the Filter icon Filter icon to limit the cases that display to those associated with a specific case file number or incapacitated person. You can select or deselect checkboxes to determine what information displays and also choose how the information is sorted. This option is particularly useful for guardians that are responsible for a lot of cases and have a need to manage the list displayed. To close the filter popup, click anywhere on the screen outside the popup.

View Case Details

The View Case Details icon View Case Details icon navigates you to the GTS Case screen so you can view more information about the corresponding case.

Set Cases as Favorites

Many guardians or interested parties see only one or two cases in this Dashboard section, but individuals working for a guardianship agency, bank, or some related organization are likely to see many more.

For each member of an organization, this list displays every case for the organization and provides the ability to receive all the notifications sent on those cases. Understandably, some people prefer to limit this to a select few. To help make things easier, it is possible to reorder the cases shown by displaying your 'favorite' cases first or those in which you have a more specified interest.

Note: Click the Favorites icon Favorites icon that appears to the left of a case to make it a 'favorite' and ensure it always appears at the top of the Active Cases list.

Additionally, the selection of favorites limits the notifications you receive to those that correspond to those cases. This means that you will either receive notifications for all cases listed or just those for your favorites. As a result, if you are not receiving notifications for one or more cases displayed in this section of your Dashboard, and you believe you should be, check to see if you have any favorites selected. If you do, consider adding the appropriate case(s) as a favorite or, if the consequence is manageable, removing all of your existing favorites.

The selection of favorites is unique to each person and the choices of one individual do not affect those of another.
